Slash-E is a mini F5B style electric glider for sport flying. Thanks to the two piece wing and easily removable elevator, the model is very compact when traveling.
The excellent flight characteristics, which will surprise even many experienced pilots, are mainly due to the airfoil used and the low flight weight of the model.
Slash is suitable for thermal flying and also for the very popular flying acrobatics. Thanks to the large control surfaces, the model is very agile.
The power setup used offers steep climb. Slash has a two-piece structural wing with a D-box and MH 32 airfoil, which is complemented by a slim fiberglass fuselage.
It is already cut for a Ø 30 mm cone and reinforced with carbon at the base. The canopy is made of colored fiberglass. The tail surfaces in the classic arrangement are all-balsa constructions and are controlled by two micro servos located under the wing.
The MH airfoils are great all around airfoil and have proven themselves
to be very efficient for this application. The MH affords low
drag at high speed, while maintaining good lift and docile handling at
lower speeds, like for thermal flying.

A sturdy fiberglass fuse with a removable canopy, tail control pushrod, removable elevator, rudder, two piece wing joined by a steel joiner, a full inventory of high
